Do you have to complete Normal Mode before you attempt Hard Mode? I looked in the director last night to see what the recommended light level was for Hard Mode and I couldn't find it. When clicked on the raid only the 370 version came up but not the 380 version. Does this mean I have to complete a Normal Mode before I can attempt Hard Mode? I've tried to complete Aksis phase 2 with several fire teams only to have that "one guy" each time.
