I played all of year 1 on Xbox. I could be wrong about the burn. Thought I heard someone on here say they finished the Thorn bounty on here with it and you need void burn for that quest step? I could be wrong. It's early.

Ya I finished the thorn bounty year one with atheon epilogue, that was the vault of glass void primary, timepiece and fatebringer were arc and voc was solar
