My Personal Opinions: - Relic: The Aegis. - Exotic: Mythoclast. - Hand Cannon: Fatebringer. (there's no competition here) - Auto Rifle: Genesis Chain. (Abyss Defiant never had it's time to shine and is a bit underwhelming to say the least. I'd rate it in order from worst to best: Abyss Defiant, Atheons Epilogue, Genesis Chain). - Scout Rifle: Vision of Confluence. (All Raid Scout Rifles have always been strong. You could put an argument forward for every scout and have a valid opinion.) - Pulse Rifle: Steel Medulla OR Smite of Merain. (I have two Steel Medulla's but haven't used em yet. Smite is great overal. Edict was... bad, and Timepiece was pretty good, but didn't really 'shine' as much as these). - Shotgun: Found Verdict. (Good in PvE and PvP. You could pull off any argument here though.) - Sniper Rifle: Black Hammer OR Praedyth's Revenge. (I'm placing Revenge down because Black Hammer was put into an Exotic and could be classified as that instead. Either way, both are strong. Black Hammer was the most OP sniper in TDB and HoW). - Fusion Rifle: Foil. (no competition here. Abyss was good for PvE and Foil PvP). - Rocket Launcher: Hunger of Crota (mini Gjallarhorn. Hezen was eh, Frenzy was eh, Fury is eh). - Machine Gun: Corrective Measure (I just feel like this melts in both PvE AND PvP and is worth of this spot).
