It kind of works, and by "kind of" I mean it's stuck on one character (for instance my titan) and only shows what can be bought by that character and the vendor inventory doesn't change no matter the character selected. What is scary is that the exotic blueprints kiosks on the vendor page only (for me) show almost no year 2/3 exotics and all of the year 1 exotics and this is a concerning because I hope this isn't reflected in-game (you can check my grimoire score to see that I do have almost all year 2/3 exotics). Now that's how the vendor pages are as I post this.
