Bungie, Bungiestore this is getting slightly out of hand

[b] On February 18 2017, I received everything thanks to an extremely committed Lauren from Bungie [/b] [b]Edit: Not sure if the forums had anything to do with it, but I had my first response 1 minute ago! 10:04 PST 18 October 2016 1 out of 3 issues seem to be resolved! I will get a new code for Taken King OST [/b] I don't even know where to place this, and before people go completely bananas and tell me this has to go to the bungiestore website... please read my story and see if you see why I'm posting here. I was one of the proud people that instantly ordered the moment of Triumph t-shirt the day it came out. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to reach me and so I waited, until 6 August. At that time I became worried and contact Bungiestore, reason? I was going to move accross to ocean from EU to US at the end of the month. Bungie wrote back within minutes, saying not to worry, the shirt would depart soon and I'd get it on time. Fast forward to the end of August, no t-shirt. I left Europe with no T-shirt. I wrote Bungie to ask what now, I tried to order again and that didn't work ofc. since the code was used. I requested them to open the code again, to please answer me. After 2 weeks of death silence, I got a response back, saying they would ship it to my new address once they received the package back.... (spoiler: I still don't have my t-shirt). Happy as I was, I gave them my new address. Fast forward to end of September, ROI! I received my message from the carrier that the package bounced back to Bungie! I asked Bungie to confirm, but no response... silence.... I went on and ordered the soundtracks on their website (all 3 of them). Within 2 hours I got the 3 ... wait 4 ? sound tracks? I got double charged on the original sound track .... and the emblem code of taken King isn't working? WTF? I emailed them .... no response .... I emailed to ask about the shipment, if they received the t-shirt ... no response ... I tweeted them .... no response .... I emailed again .... no response I wrote on the website ... no response ... I wrote Deej on Reddit ... No response ... No freaking response! I've spend over 500$ on merchandising, I'm a really unhappy costumer right now, I don't ask for massive things, but a response to an email? I haven't heard back from Bungie (a decent response where they actually read the email) since the beginning of August, I got some replies stating the obvious, like no sire, we can't return the money on a soundtrack (Which is NOT something I'm asking, I'm ASKING to NOT be double charged, thank you very much), not to mention he completely ignored my question regarding the emblem. It really grinds my gears that a company like Bungie, can support this. Ok wauw, now that this rant is out of the way, it's back to my daily reminders on twitter and my weekly can you answer my email please questions on the website. I won't give up until I get a decent answer!
