Exotic Engrams decrypting at wrong Light Level.
I am 392 on my Hunter. Decrypt 2 exotic gloves and POW! One is 396! The other is 391 :(
I infused the 391 into another pair of mittens and the item miraculously change to 392. Still a bummer but I don't think this is normal.

2 RepliesDear all /bungie, I have an issue regarding my exotics, the update notes say exotics decrypt up to 400. Until now everything was working perfectly, my exotics usually decrypted 1-3 LL above mine. I am LL 392 now and I just decrypted 2 exotics which rolled 394 but then 3 weapons and 1 armor exotic ALL rolled at 391 one after another! What the hell? Is this a bug? I never had exotics decrypt below my LL, why should they. Is this a joke? I am not even close to 400... Please help

1 ReplyI am 392 and just had 2 exotics in a row decrypt to 391. I thought exotics engrams show be at least your light level or above it?

Edited by WTV_Donot: 10/19/2016 8:12:35 PMHello, I confirm the "infuse bug" easy to repro: you need to be level 391 or above for the issue to occur: 1 - have a character at 391 light level average. 2 - have a gear / weapon or whatever between 387 and 390 3 - have a 391 item 4 - infuse the 391 item in the item (which has to be between 387 and 390) Result: the item will be infused at 392 ! works 100% of the time note : - this also was working at 371 and 381 to get stuffs at 372 or 382. - this is not working if you try to infuse a 386 to 391, it only start working at 387. (or 377 or 367) - it can be done with legendaries and exotics. probably a rounding issue or smthin like that. cheers. Whuteva Clan.
