Hey fellow Destiny players,
I bet lots of players among us try all kinds of stuff to improve gameplay. Things like scuffs, monitor screen with good input lag etc.
Now I was wondering when people have a monitor with a crosshair that can be activated, do they get banned or not?
Regards.

1 ReplyHa, I once tried sticking a crosshairs I made from a post-it note on my screen, when I was trying to use icebreaker to no-scope explode the thralls at the start of the crota raid. I found it didn't help much. It wasn't worth the hassle.

2 RepliesMy gaming monitor has a reticle built in, on the middle of the screen....Destinys reticle is below the center of the screen.

It's not cheating and in no way whatsoever banworthy. Not really any different to using modified thumbsticks or trigger stops on an Elite.

I use a stick on dot on my monitor. It actually doesn't help aim at all. What it does do is remind you when you're aiming down to the ground and not pre aiming well before adsing. It will do nothing to help a good player but does wonders if you got a bad skill habit going

3 RepliesEdited by Zelrons: 10/19/2016 5:49:41 PMThe game provides you with a reticle on almost every weapon. The only ones that don't have one wouldn't really benefit from one to begin with.
