Hurry up and wait to 400
Most media outlets said the raise in light level across activities would take place when the update applies (1pm est). But according to your release notes it's 5pm est, when the heroic raid is unlocked. So which is it Bungie? Have we been waiting all morning, just to wait till this evening? This sucks.

You can plainly see that I read the patch notes, and am complaining about the discrepancy with the media's "time to release" on light level updates.

1 Reply•All changes to increase Light above 385 will take effect upon the release of Heroic Mode for Wrath of the Machine Wait until you turn in all you packages/engrams! That’s just a preview of what you’ll find in 2.4.1. Deployment begins at approximately 10AM Pacific on Tuesday, October 18th. To ensure that all World-First-hopeful Fireteams have time to download the update, Heroic Mode for Wrath of the Machine will begin at 2PM Pacific on Tuesday, October 18th.
