As others have mentioned: Shiro weekly bounties Strikes with vanguard booster Also, I noticed last night that the plaguelands Quarantine bounties were giving 126 rep for 2-3 minutes effort.

Shiro bounties give like a fifth of the entire thing. Run 350 strike with booster

Heroic strikes with a booster and bounties. You'll get about 300 rep per strike completion, and with it being Solar burn this week, completions come quick. The weekly stuff, too, like Shiro's bounties and the Nightfall are HUGE sources of rep.
