In the past month, I've downloaded six updates, and that's just the ones I've counted and watched tick. What gives? Until recently it's been fine, updating once in a while to sort out issues, but lately it's been nonstop, it's seemingly every time I turn it one there's another update to go through which takes the better part of an hour to finish.
Is it the preview program? Because I've been in it for a year and it's never been this bad.

1 ReplyThere is this great thing called auto update.

Do you have it set so it updates while you're not playing?

Edited by TimBuck294: 10/18/2016 2:21:20 AMI've noticed it too. The preview program has had a lot of updates recently. I'm actually happy because that fixes all the bugs. They used to do updates once a month and there were some bad bugs I had to deal with. Getting kicked from parties(not people), UI being slower than usual, sometimes the console would reset. Turn on auto update and it'll do the updates in the middle of the night your time.

1 ReplyEveryone seems to think it's the preview program.. It's not. I literally get updates ALL THE TIME and I am not a part of it any way what so ever.

It's the preview program. Just turn on auto updates.

Yeah that an issue with the preview program. Just set your console to do auto updates. That way you won't have to sit there and update it yourself, it will just update while off.

Yeah it the preview program. It's mostly little background bug fixes

It's the preview program, if you don't want alot of updates you might want to opt out of it.

They might have patch notes up on Xbox.com, but I hadn't actually checked yet.
