I have both and Dogma has finally dethroned the old King.
Triple Double is just too good, you can pump high impact crits into bosses for days. I was running strikes last night and while fighting Malok there were times when I was standing out in the open DPS-ing for so long that it was more likely I would have to duck into cover to survive rather than reload.
You see the DPS comparison videos on YouTube between the Dogma and the Outbreak Prime and it's actually quite impressive that a legendary scout with no special damage-over-time effects can keep up with an exotic primary that creates SIVA swarms.
It looks 100x better than Hung Jury too. Black and red with SIVA stuff all over it just looks amazing. As great as Hung Jury was the paint job was an eyesore to say the least.
Firefly is cool and all but I'd gladly sacrifice it for Triple Double any day. I don't miss it one bit.
TL;DR: Chaos Dogma is the new best legendary PvE weapon in the game. It's even pretty decent in PvP too.

Confused about comment Triple Tap v's FF as my HJ has both plus a 20 mag size.
-
For single target DPS I agree with you, for clearing ads in a hurry I'll take my hung jury any day of the week.
-
1 ReplyJade Rabbit is the same archetype as the Chaos Dogma and the Jade Rabbit has infinite ammo potential. Jade Rabbit > all scout rifles
-
gunslinger's trance + chaos dogma = high impact hand-laid stock hung jury
-
4 RepliesReally enjoying the raid auto.
-
5 RepliesI haven't put down the Cryptic Dragon on my warlock since it dropped for me. Used it in all my raids this weekend and preferred it to my vendor hung jury. True Sight scope Crowd Control Hand-laid stock Reactive Reload
-
4 RepliesWhat about Keystone 01 from dead orbit?
-
1 ReplyChaos Dogma is only really good on bullet sponges. It is mediocre at best for anything else not fallen.
-
Behave!! It's not even in the top 5, way to much kick, good for bosses tho
-
2 RepliesAt first I saw the stability of it and low ammo count, my brain said "infusion fuel." Then I tried it out, and it is now one of my favorites for both pvp and pve. It just... Hits. So. Damn. Hard... You can't help but love it.
-
I've not tried this weapon but I've recently swapped the hung jury with cryptic dragon I got from crucible.
-
For me, I've never used a primary to damage a boss unless I run out of heavy(depending on heavy I'm using) or run out of sniper with the exception of OP which is a boss melter. I always use primary on adds and sniper/rocket on boss unless I'm out. So for me, I'm not looking for stuff like Firefly(to a lesser extent, crowd control, not a huge fan of it though).

1 ReplyStill prefer the hung jury they have the same impact so I infused mine to 390 with a second outbreak Prime I had. I personally like the auto riffle only out of all the normal mode raid gear
-
I agree with this. So much dmg and on still bosses I can get off 32 rounds without reload amazing
-
Oh now I might actually have to start raiding to see if I can get this gun because the OG Hung Jury is the god gun.
-
10 RepliesWhat I've gathered from this thread is that Chaos Dogma is both the best gun in the game, and a giant steaming pile of dog shit.
-
Dogma doesn't have solar burn. Hung Jury is one of the only recent legendaries with a burn. Before you say no do a solar bounty with it. Firefly counts as it produces a solar burn. I'll try it when I finally get around to e en doing the raid but I doubt the Well Hung Jury is getting dethroned by that abomination anytime soon.
-
It's more of a situational primary that's great for stationary bosses. Literally terrible at everything else.
-
Hung jury ftw

4 RepliesGenesis chain > everything

Edited by Benzene21: 10/18/2016 8:32:47 PMFirefly helps with mobs, which means jury can be used in different situations. That new perk is good, but not sure it is really necessary on a scout rifle unless it has a small mag, but in that case, jury can fire 29, so, is it really that different?
-
2 RepliesI agree, Fusion Rifles need a buff
-
3 RepliesEdited by InsectShelf3: 10/17/2016 6:25:34 PMThis saddens me greatly. I never thought I'd see the day I had to hang up my hung jury :(
-
1 ReplyChaos Dogma can 2 shot head, 1 shot body someone in PvP as opposed to others scouts with the same archetype that take 3 head shots or 2 head shot 2 body shot to kill in PvP

6 RepliesWhere does angels advocate rate against these two? I miss my vendor hung jury :(
