Cave? -laughs- Man bungie has never caved into nerfing anything ...every nerf they did was because they wanted to...everything especially the guns (especially exotics) started and remain underwhelming in ever way and if ANYTHING in any way is deemed above average or USEFUL it is nerfed into oblivion to bring it down to the lackluster standard of everything else
