Bungie why is it so hard to go flawless in the Trials of Osiris?
So basically today in trials my friends and I have had just a jolly time in this hell hole. I've tried and tried again but its just not enough to get that perfect 9-0 Lighthouse trip. Pardon my language but I feel that this game likes to beat the ever living shit out of me. We have all missed the old days of the decently hard days to go flawless, but not this, this difficulty is to much. IT IS LIKE GOD MODE!!! Just so readers don't get I'm going to get to the point. FIX TRIALS MATCHMAKING PLEASE, I do not want to waste my weekend doing trials.

3 RepliesI'm with the OP in this one. Year one trials flawless was doable year two was hard but this year it's a joke. Get Good, yeah I appreciate I'm not the best but I'd say I'm above average but not having 2 good pvp players by your side makes this year feel almost impossible.

I get that matchmaking needs huge improvements, but I don't understand people getting upset at not going flawless. Everyone wants flawless, so obviously 9 teams have to lose to one team to achieve that, meaning 9 teams don't go flawless. So that one team will feel like the game is great and the other 9 teams will cry foul play. There is no winning when it comes to a task that requires to go unbeaten. It seems more or less like something you have to earn. People who admit to be shite PvP players also admit to going flawless. There is literally no way to make sure that everyone who wants to go flawless will go flawless because people have to lose to make another person go flawless lol. I suck at PvP so I'm not saying git gud or anything, but either accept that you got beaten by someone who tried harder/played better or try harder/play better yourself.

6 RepliesI would love better matchmaking. I'm decent at pvp and trials. I can get about 5 or 6 wins then I run into teams that destroy us. It wasn't even funny how try hard these teams are. I would love to go to the lighthouse but it's not going to happen when I matched with people who can quick scope with a sniper while jumping and doing a back flip.

1 ReplyI've been flawless in all 3 years. And trust me, I am not good at the game. And no I didn't get carried each time either. Just did a flawless run a couple days ago where I was top of the team for quite a few matches. It's teamwork and call outs.

8 RepliesWent Flawless on all three characters this weekend, had some good fun too. I went up against TheGreatNike too. The first two cards, we never lost our mercy. The third characters took two cards but we learned from our mistakes. We put the work in to play Trials all weekend and we won, that's the attitude you need to put when playing Trials. Don't be afraid to loose either. You learn from your mistakes that way and after that, perfect your performance and then you'll be unstoppable.

I dont get your point of complaint. Im a year one player who has never made it to the light house. I have a blast every weekned since year 3 playing. Yeah!, its nice to say ive been there and got the emblems. But really i find it more fun to be the one who wrecks your run because you care and im about 3 beers in. Play for bounties. get better gear and team. have fun its a game bro...Xbx1 reign03 if anyone wants to join me

Trials was fixed because of children like you who cry on the forums about trying to go flawless. Year 1 it was completely random who you played. Add the Thorn crutch, flawless was cake. Now once you hit 8-0 you're either going up against another 8-0 or someone who is farming a 9 win card for emblems and shaders. The Lighthouse isn't for everyone. Either ask to be carried or earn your passage. And stop asking for bungie to make a cheese to the Lighthouse.

Is it just me or did trials get harder in yr3? I've been flawless a bunch of times through yrs 1 and 2, but every single game this year so far has been an utter sweatfest. Its just odd. Am I the only one to notice this?

No, just went flawless using no booms and nlb and shotty only and 2 of us were on sunsinger and a blade so it's not hard

Considering i had a negative kd in yr 1 trials than a 1.4 in yr2 now a 1.65 in yr3 and have been flawless 125 times i took the term "git gud" personally. So i got gud, you should do the same thing.....

1 ReplyMe and my friends are decent, we went 8-0 last weekend, but when we hit the 9-0 attempt we were put in a whole different league. Some top 500 players that were just unreal.

Flawless by its nature is not something everyone is meant to attain. Keep in mind that, excluding boons and repeat teams, for one team to go flawless nine other teams can't go flawless. So it should average around only 1 in 10.
