Dude just raid with an elitist groups when in LFG. PERIOD. People complain that elitist groups are dicks. This is true. They Sometimes fall apart. Also true. They however have a higher chance to get the raid done. Low lights might be nice people but I raid for completion. Theoretically you COULD beat it but you also are rolling the dice and potentially wasting hours and hours. It's called stacking the deck. 380+ & emblems. No squeakers. Don't raid during 9-5 (adults are working, children are running amok).
