I remember having to train a bunch of noobs on the TTK Raid Heroic and finish the challenge. The first 2 wipes was just getting them to do the right thing. The 3rd time its like they went from noobs to elites. Did it flawlessly no deaths.

That team was the exception. Most randoms I run raids with are barely breaking triple digit IQ, if that.
