Bring Snipers Back
• Remove nerf to Snapshot
• Remove the zoom increase for low zoom scopes applied in the April update of 2016
• Remove Flinch modifier
• Remove nerf to amount of ammo picked up per special box.
• let all snipers spawn in with 12 inventory
