Dislike for sunsingers?
Thought it was hilarious he kept promoting voidwalker and stormcaller when sunsinger is twice as good for most of the raid.

1 ReplySinds this raid came out i run selfress warlock with sunbreakers solar grenades x2 viking funeral and touch of flame. Almost every enemy i encounter burns and is almost one shot, first Boss no need to run to chamber, stay longer to do more damage on boss, then jump down, soon as chamber part is over (selfress) grenade the shit out of every enemy you see and continue the fight. Its my main for every raid, has bin, always be!

1 ReplyHaving watched it now, I'd agree with you. I prefer using stormcaller for majority of the raid, but I always switch to sunsinger with Sunbreakers and Viking Funeral at Aksis (the damage boost is great, especially in the final sequence). Never actually consider using voidwalker but I might give it a go tonight.

16 RepliesA subclass is only as good as the person who wields it. Logically you don't need any subclass to complete the raid. Every step can be done with regular weapons and the boss mechanics. Subclasses just allow assistance in those fights. So saying that sunsinger is twice as good is stupid. As each subclass can do wonders when given the appropriate situation.
