Nerf High Caliber Rounds!!!!!
It's unfair that a blind perdition or clever dragon has HCR and I don't due to rng. They will win the gun fight because of the flinch they deal and I can't deal out that flinch. It's bs. Nerf HCR or bring back reforging so I can roll HCR on my guns so I can compete.

HCR against my scout rifle is painful. They don't do a thing to my sidearm though.

2 RepliesA perk does not need to be nerfed just because you haven't got it on your weapon. HCR works as intended and if you're losing primary fights against it every time I would recommend practising your aim because you're doing something wrong.
