I know it sounds weird but in the new Rise of Iron expansion, many more class items have been added that do not come from vendors. You know, you could take this one step further by saying we should have a whole [b]armor[/b] kiosk. Bungie did say in their TTK reveal stream that the kiosks were there to show you "what [blank]s you do and don't have". But if that, for any reason, becomes too much, then just do class items. This is just a suggestion and I'd love to see this in the game. Thanks so much for reading.
