Detailed summary of crashing problem

I have been plagued with Baboon, Weasel and occasionally Cloudberry error codes since RoI was released. They are so bad that when they hit, my router crashes and I have to restart it. Here are the details I've learned about my crashes, hopefully they will help Bungie pinpoint the problem. 1. I play using a wireless connection, 30+ mbps download, 7+ mpbs upload. My NAT type is 2. (Hardwired is not an option, and I've attempted every solution Bungie has suggested). 2. I never had a network issue at any point in year 1 or year 2. 3. I never have a network issue with any other multi-player PS4 game or application. 4. If I am in a fireteam with one of my friend's as leader, I NEVER crash. 5. If I am playing solo, the frequency of my crashes depend on what I'm trying to do. - I often crash trying to zone into the Tower, the Iron Temple and the Plaguelands - I sometimes crash trying to zone into the Reef, or original content patrol zones (Venus, Mars, etc.) - I never crash if I run a solo story mission where you don't enter a public space. 6. I often crash if I'm already in the Plaguelands and try to zone into a different area. 7. I've crashed while doing Archon's Forge because a new player entered the area. What this tells me is that somehow there is a type of player in the game that cause my network errors if my system is trying to "handshake" with them. The higher density an area is, the more likely I am to run into that type. I don't crash on solo missions because I'm not running into that type. I don't crash when in a fireteam because it isn't my system that's doing the "handshaking". I don't know if it's related to my NAT type, because I occasionally get NAT errors when I join a chat party. I hope that helps someone pinpoint the problem.

 • Hey, Have you tried any of these? I know you said your NAT is NAT2. But maybe there's more in this than you haven't done yet.
-QA Test Engineer (a.k.a. AR IS4 NUBS)
