I have isolated the cause: the new Rise of Iron artifacts all block the effect. If the artifact is switched with one that is not RoI, the effect works again. I speculate it is a conflict with the buffs given by the RoI artifacts preventing the class item respawn animation buff from coexisting. Something must be done to allow the buffs given by RoI artifacts to coexist with the exotic cult class item respawn animation buffs. Please pass this on to the developers. I look forward to the hotfix in 2 days when The Dawning ends! Thank you for your time and attention.
