To be honest I don't mind the game mode just how hard it is to win with a team of randoms. Mostly because there's the occasional afk kid, there's the people who don't have thumbs, and then there's the people who don't care for crests in general. When you top the team almost every game dropping 35-50 crests almost every game while 3 kids at the bottom don't clear 15 or even 10 it becomes a problem. As far as the shotguns go, the only time i've been killed by them is in close quarter engagements in tight rooms or when it's you vs an enemy rushing a crest and it's just whoever gets there first. And if you can't beat a shotty join em that's the only way you'll get it done, or sit back and pop a round from a couple dozen yards away with a pulse,scout, or sniper. While I admit, I'm more of a fan of it just giving you the kill credit on kill, as long as you have a competent and decent team together it's not a bad game type.
