Artifact allowing you to equip two exotics at a time
I know it may seem overpowered, but it would make the game a hell of a lot more fun. An artifact that could allow us to equip two exotics at a time. I mean the artifact could allow us to just equip two exotics only on PvE and not for PvP and also it should allow us to equip two exotic armor pieces at a time. What do you guys think, too overpowered or pretty decent addition to the game?

Like Felwinter's relic there's gotta be a penalty. Like Equip any 2 exotics at once. Meaning 2 weapons or 2 armors, but if you choose 2 exotic weapons the you can equip no exotic armors....and vice versa
