One good thing about the current Iron Banner is the frequency with which loot drops. I've been able to infuse all my preferred primary weapons (don't panic, I kept one Unbent Tree that dropped with the best perks so far), almost have a full IB armor set, and have both (?) shaders. The other good thing is the dramatic decrease in the frequency with which I meet my demise due to sudden kinetic events involving sniper rifles. Except for the sniper rifles that fire buckshot and drop with "Felwinter 3.0 rolls". LOL
