Only four bounties for all of Iron Banner sucks.
Really miss the old IB system. I don't like PVP having bounties gave my an objective and made it somewhat fun. Now you only get them one day so that leaves six days to play with no goals. Plus it increases required play time to hit level five.

It's way easier to hit level 5 and you get way more rewards with this new system. 6 guaranteed and many more drop after the match. New system allows your to play anytime and not have to wait till the weekend to maximize rep

2 RepliesSadly you're not seeing the big picture. 4-Gold Weekly Bounties translates into 3000XP. The post game legendary drops and guaranteed legendary item for each Rank you obtain in IB are way, way, better than what we've had since launch! It's a loot based game. Players are now FINALLY being rewarded for their time investment. This wasn't always the case when playing IB. I hope you understand now.

Increases play time? Hitting level 5 on the first day, in a few hours is not increasing play time. Now, you're going to say "I used to hit rank 5 in a couple of hours before it changed." Well, you may have, but on the last day or 2. So, you would wait all week to do your bounties. Now, it just takes a few hours from when it launches.

I like & dislike the new system. Really the only thing I don't like is no daily bounties. I wouldn't even care if they didn't give IB rep or gear. It's just something to work towards other than gear while i'm PVPing. Something cool would be like 10 kills with (insert weapon type here) That would be fun & force me to break out of my comfort zone weapons. I enjoy PVP so I don't mind the longer grind, but it sure is nice how fast we can rank up now. Also the abundance of loot drops.

I got to rank 3 in about 2 hours last night and hit rank 4 after one match today. No more having to play for 4 days to get to 5, this is better for busy folks too as they can get their stuff done faster while juggling work and kids.

Got to rank 2 in about an hour of playtime and got extensive weapons,armor pieces and a ghost shell. IMO probably the most fun IB in a very long while.

I wish the bounties didn't go so fast,or offer up some smaller dailies or something. I think it sucked before ranking up to rank 3 to open a package to get crap blue under light gear.

Seriously? Jesus Christ people will find anything to botch about. They give you guaranteed good LL armor/weapon. The old bounties were just xp and rank boost. Also if I recall correctly, they only gave you 250 rank. These new ones give you 750. That's 3,000 rank boost. I'm rank 2 and still have 3 bounties left to turn in. There may be a slight more to grind, but we're getting way better drops/drop rate than we did in the past. Stop complaining. If you don't like it, go play a different game.

Better drops less grind. I'll take that over the old System any day. No need for daily when you can get rank 5 in a few hours now.

You literally play to rank 5 to open up the loot pool more. You sound like you'll complain that Cancer is cured.

I miss having the specific goals from the daily bounties, but it doesn't seem like it will make much of a difference overall. My biggest issue has been getting wins, just like every iron banner before this one.

It takes less time to hit max rank. Focus on a single character first(assuming you have multiple) achieve rank 5, then swap to your alt. You will get more rep this way.

The Alt buff is incredible. 6000 rep from all four in total. Easy Rank 5.

Considering I hit rank 5 this morning it's much quicker actually. I do miss the dailies.
