Current List of Shader/Emblem/Ship/Sparrow Issues
The list of issues with collectible cosmetic items in the game is getting longer, so I would like to gather them for anyone at Bungie or on the Help team to pass along. Thank you to anyone who assists in resolving these issues or upvotes for visibility.
[u]Emblems[/u]
[b]Sigil of the Young Wolf[/b] is not awarded to some players who have met the requirements.
[i]This issue has been acknowledged in the official Known Issues thread. The wording isn't very precise there; however, the response here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/215468295?sort=0&page=0 indicates that Bungie is aware specifically of issues regarding the Emblem.[/i]
[u]Ships[/u]
[b]Comitatus[/b] is not obtainable for players who own Kondratyuk's Escape.
[i]An attempt at a solution was deployed in patch 2.4.1, but the fix was unsuccessful. The ship remains unobtainable for affected players. [/i]
[u]Sparrows[/u]
[b]S-39 Lightrider[/b] is not awarded from Crucible Packages. Instead, Crucible Packages are awarding the Vanguard Sparrow, S-39 Autumn Glow.

[u]Shaders[/u]
The strike playlist shaders: [b]Bloodpact[/b], [b]Cytherean Bloom[/b], [b]Refraction Melt[/b], and [b]Lunar Elegy[/b] do not drop in any activity and are currently unobtainable.

2 RepliesComitatus and sigil of the young wolf are definitely still bugged for me. At least I got the trophy for attuning the artifacts... A clanmate of mine got the emblem, but no trophy though. With the shaders, I have no idea why but the Cyan Stars just doesn't exist for me. Hundreds of strikes since Taken King launched, gotten every shader but that one. Weird.

Post 2.4.1 update: The most recent Trials and Iron Banner Emblems were added to the Kiosk, so that issue has been removed from the list. Comitatus remains bugged despite Bungie's apparent attempt at a fix. The Year One Strike Shaders remain unobtainable, and Bungie has still not acknowledged this issue.

Updated "Sigil of the Young Wolf" as Bungie Help's recent response on this forum indicates that they are aware of issues with the Emblem.

Edited "The Devoted." Seems it was unintended that it is absent from the loot pool. With that update, every item has been acknowledged in some form by Bungie except for the Y1 Strike Shaders. Please continue to bump if you run into further issues or upvote to keep the topic visible.

Added "The Devoted" to the 'Shaders' section. Unlikely that this is due to a bug, in my opinion, but I will keep it on the list until there is confirmation of the shader dropping.

Bumped with updated information/relevant title change. I'm sure this topic is but a drop in the bucket, but I am very appreciative of Bungie's quick response to so many issues. That said, I'm still hoping for the shaders to be addressed. They can be added to any activity; they can be added to patrol chests; they can be sold. I speak for all collectors when I say we just want some way to obtain them, the grind or location is not really a concern. If anyone runs into issues I haven't listed, please let me know.

Warlock chest piece for Hadron Gale IV glitches colors around the shoulders on all but around 5 shaders.

Attuned all 8 artifacts, trophy popped on PSN but no emblem. Tried it on other characters, no luck. I have multiple friends with the same issue.

I think this can also be considered a cosmetic issue: The Long Tomorrow 9-G cloak and Dream-Eater Cloak have clipping issues with certain chestpieces on a male hunter. The back of a majority of chestpieces clip through the cloak. This doesn't appear to happen when using Alpha Lupi or ATS/8 Tarantella chestpiece.
