Didn't receive the Sigil of the Young Wolf emblem from attuning all 8 artefacts..
I've attuned every Iron Lord Artefact and completed the record book's milestone of collecting all eight, but I didn't receive the Sigil of the Young Wolf emblem. I checked all of my character's inventories, as well as the Emblem kiosk and it's not there. I've reset the game numerous times, transferred all of the artefacts to my two other characters and attuned them then brought them back to my Titan, but to no avail.
