I prefer it when things are harder to get. It makes you appreciate the weapon, not just the roll. How many GoM's have you scrapped because they weren't "perfect". I kept my 'But not Forgotten' even though I dislike most of the perks. It feels really good and has actually become my favorite sniper. 1KYS dethroned...
