I have created this topic because I have problem with redeem code to Destiny Rise of Iron which I bought last week. I cant find any email to bungie support so I'm writing here. I'm getting error code from Ps store WC-40376-0. I checked on the playstation site that's "This product or content is not available for your account's country/region". Ok fine but I didnt know that there is any region lock from my seller [url]http://www.game.co.uk/en/destiny-rise-of-iron-ps4-1300071[/url]
Thats strange because last year I bought Destiny Legendary Edition in Argos and I activated 2 DLC codes - for The Taken King DLC and weapon pack. I have Polish account in PS store, not UK. I dont want change because I have there all my games, DLC to Destiny and PS+ membership.
Is there any possibility that BUNGIE will help me activate the code? I spend 25 pounds on product which I can't use. I have contacted with Sony(I called to them, then they advice me to send proof of purchase and the code) but they don't respond from Thursday.
Can anyone from the Bungie support contact to me ?

It's great to hear that we've sorted your issue for you Drop us a line if you ever need us again. Thanks," They didn't sort anything ;/ It looks like copy- paste answer without reading any my e-mail. They completely ignore me. What the...? oO Contact with them is really hard.

( Bungie doesn’t handel the licensing) Since you have allredy contacted psn support, be patient with them and keap at it. ( and maybe contact them again if it seems to go nowhere) And Bungie doesn’t have a support email or phone number for the game. The forum is the way to get support with the game. Often times that will mean, that a mentor or a member of the community will reply befor any Bungie employee even has the time to reply. Have a nice day
