That has nothing to do with the game, it has to do with the system.
That loading screen depends on your how fast the system can load up the cache history.
That's why then load screen took so long on old gen. To keep the game running smoother since it was pushing old gen to its breaking point anyways, when you left that screen it deleted the cache history immediately.
