I think it should have a few additional factors since the reload button is used for many things.
I think the equipped weapon needs to be empty and you need to be aiming down sights (holding down LT, since swords don't ads) and then holding reload will use a synth for that weapon type if you have one in your inventory.
If you are on a cool down for the synth you are trying to use you will see how much time you have left on the left side of the screen like when a special status is active.
That would not work, simply because holding down that button is also how you activate items, as well as res teammates. If it was on the same button you'd pop a synth every time you held down to interact with anything.

What about that moment when you want to revive a team mate or interact with something?
It's a good idea on paper but when you think about it, it would cause more problems.
Sitting down is better than dancing for that since a) It won't show up the screen, giving away that you are doing that and b) They won't accidentally take you dancing as taunting.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
