So I have been wanting to test my hunter with vanish in smoke/frost-ee5/memory of felwinter for laughs, but for some reason my vanish in smoke takes roughly 50 to 60 seconds to cooldown per melee charge, even though I have max strength and stats saying 29 second cooldown. Am I just missing something or is it bugged? Ive had a similar thing on my titan during catapult games with armamentarium and the solar perk for half melee and grenade cooldown, that has been fixed through dying and respawning, but that doesnt help my hunter.
