Overall, titans are the best.
Defender is still the best hard mode PvE super in the game, that's for sure.
Strikers are really good in PvP cause of their kit. Really good grenades, a super to shut down others, titan skating, juggernaut, increased sprint speed, etc
Sunbreakers are still pretty decent in both easy PvE and PvP. For PvE just spam as many sunspots as you can, for PvP pick the perk that lets you spam shoulder charge in your super.
And yet, here I am, a Warlock main. I cannot master titan skating for the life of me, which is pretty much its biggest plus.

And you can use it on adds. Pro for bubble is the save heaven if you need it. At the newest raid tho', i'd rather have a nightstalker. Strikers are pretty good, but i think that stormcaller and bladedancer are better. Sunbreakers are decent for PvE and PvP, i agree. But so are voidwalkers and gunslingers. Voidwalker with vampire build is crazy and gunslinger with nighthawk for a lot of DPS in PvE or the golden gun that can kill across the map.

In a perfect world, my class would have Nightstalker, Stormcaller and Voidwalker as its subclasses. I still consider Titans the best as they have an above adequate subclass for everything the game has to throw. Warlocks are good in PvP and Strikes, especially due to the Stormcaller... But they're near useless in Raids. Hunters, on the other hand, have the best PvE subclass in the game due to tether, and two top subclasses in PvP. Gunslinger is probably the most situational subclass there is, as it's only good in some cases. Hunters, however, lack any proper shutdown super (sure, tether can shut anyone down, but if your enemy is already in range to kill you, you'll be dead before you launch your arrow. They also lack proper add control except for, maybe the tether perk that shares damage and makes them explode (see how everything ties to shadowshot somehow?) - even so, the tether is not mobile and is certainly not as useful as Stormcaller on its own.
