I never did complete the Exotic sword quest during TTK, so I was wondering how Young Wolf compares to, say, Raze Lighter? I haven't been using it much since I got it, but the times I have it does quite a number on Reaver Splicers.
Is it worth keeping?

1 ReplyIt's more of an AoE attack while raze lighter is a single target attack They're both good just depends on what you're using it for. I think you should be comparing it to dark drinker. They're more similar to each other.

With tether, I'd say raze lighter is better. However if you run weapons go light you can use young wolfs howl, because that actually allows you to do crit damage

4 RepliesRaze-Lighter is definitely better. Uses less ammo, does more damage, and carries more ammo, too. However, Young Wolf's Howl apparently only reaches its max potential if you have Memory of Radegast equipped. And that isn't out yet. So, we'll see.

It's a cool weapon but I find I get more bang for the buck from raze lighter. Don't see any reason (provided the app is working) to keep more than one of them

Edited by Rin: 9/29/2016 4:12:13 PMYoung Wolf's Howl plays differently from Raze-Lighter. Raze-Lighter does a Phoenix uppercut, whereas Young Wolf's Howl unleashes a fiery Solar eruption that burns enemies and does damage over time. So yeah it's a keep
