It's already enough of struggle just to get skeleton keys.. Then it's just a far in the face to not get an artifact out of a hoard chest. Same goes with Eris.. Bungie, please make more ways to get an artifact. Maybe drop it in end game of Crucible or have them drop from raid chests? Maybe have Trials / Iron Banner / Shiro / Shaxx bounties drop some? All I know is the availability of high light level artifacts need a buff
