I hope you mean spawn of adds because that's just a waste of ammo to kill her when she's waiting for you before her actual encounter

No, she doesnt class as an Ultra. Go test it, pop a ToC, and when you kill her check if the buff is gone. It isnt.

In Y2, they farmed Omnigul for the Grasp of Malok, a great archetype of Pulse Rifle for PvP. Now they farm Omnigul because she always drops loot above your level up to 365, so it's a super fast way of getting geared up for the raid. Exotics never had anything to do with it. Hopefully this was informative.
