Yes but it's not optimal and quick draw isn't necessary on shotguns excluding night stalkers just because of how slow you draw your shotgun out of shade step. Blink shotgun isn't viable anymore because of the nerfs to blink and the draw speed out of blink. The quick draw is only really worth taking if you're using a sniper because of the massive benefit it gives you to ads and draw speed and how fast you can swap to something like a last word to mop up a kill after a body shot. Yes it physically can be used and gives a minor benefit on nonsniper builds but the benefit is clearly seen when you use a sniper.

Your right but these gauntlets don't give you quick draw. They increase the ready time (the transition from switching to different weapons) not ADS.

They do give QuickDraw quick increases ads time. It drops ads time in a sniper from 13 frames to 11.

Ok so I was mistaken it does have Quickdraw but you were referring to "Snapshot" which increases ADS and the Ophidian Aspect does not increase ADS time. - Viper Totemic "Improved Energy Drain, and weapons ready and reload very quickly." - Quick Draw "Weapons ready immediately." - Snapshot "Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast."
