Best way to damage Aksis phase 2?!!
Can anyone tell me how you've completed the raid with what weapons and load outs? I've been in 3 raid groups all gone to phase 2 all given up because we couldn't dps enough... I just want to complete this thing!! All groups made use of tether weapons of light and cannons btw. Around 360-368 light for all teams as well

3 RepliesBest damage loadout (I'm usually around 3 million and have highest in my team), is use scorch cannons for first two rounds. Be sure to hold trigger before discharging. Then on the third round, I fire all 7 of my Sound and Fury Rockets (holds 4 in the clip if reloaded from empty, loads exceptionally fast due to Spray and Play, and deals bonus damage to Fallen) and shoot any more rockets I pickup if I pickup at least two bricks lying next to each other, then I just spam Black Spindle at the crit spot.

4 RepliesI've been having troubles as well. I've found out alot of the time the group will still have cannons on the ground when we are on the pillar. Alot of people are confused about the cannon charge mechanics and hold the trigger until it auto detonates. This is pretty much an automatic wipe. Supposedly you can down aksis with cannons and snipers alone.

Edited by FROST3475: 9/28/2016 3:39:29 AMFor my team: We had 4 Gjallys, 2 sleepers, 6 snipers, and primary of choice. Once you can start doing damage, unload TF out of the cannons. They do a lot of damage with a charged shot. After I unload my cannon(if I had one), I fire 4 Gjally rockets(I save 2 to help with captains in case I don't have a synth ready) then use the sniper for the remainder of the damage phase. We also had 2 hunters and a titan.

10 RepliesUse ALL scorch cannon rounds, they do massive damage. The boss teleports 3 times per damage round. Use cannons and special/primary for teleports 1 and 2. Go Tether, firebolt, WoL etc for teleport 3 and all heavies.

I would use the cannon and sniper have a longbow with triple tap and spray and play. Members on my team used sleeper as well my heavy was a sword to down the cannon guy quick. Little level matters as well I'm 385 so for each cannon shot it was like 74000 including the initial hit damage and 100k with tether 124k with weapons and tether. Also it takes like 1-2 seconds to get max damage from the cannon shot u don't have to charge it till it explodes on its own. You have 5 damages phases make use u get all 3 stuns for max dps.
