Hey, just want to report a bug. At the end of the raid last night, one of our fire team members opened his initial chest. (Boss kill chest), and then proceeded to open the second chest, consuming his siva cache key and no rewards dropped. We went to the tower assuming one of his slots were full and found just an empty postmaster. Are these keys meant to guarantee a drop? Or just another chance at a drop?
