Ok I am completely lost. Is this another owl sector website thing?

Yes infact the page was found on the owl sector website.

Sorta but not really. The website is a network simulator. It gives you a node sequence in the form of 5 shapes. Then tells you what node to change and what to change it to. Then there's a key that will be combined with 6 other keys to decrypt the 7 giant text blocks using the vectors given. There is a program that was found that will do the decryption.

Unfortunately work and other things kept me from participating in this fun. The objects that were decrypted were images that formed a room in the raid. With certain markers to show how to start the puzzle, that will open access to a fifth monitor, and will allow for a quest to be obtained which will lead to a raid exotic.
