lately if i get on crucible (i main a hunter), and im put against a team of mostly titans and/or warlocks my team is utterly screwed.
just played a match in skirmish
my team: me, another hunter and a warlock
enemy: two titans and a warlock
not only did they wipe the floor with us but we barely had a chance to put a scratch on them.
this can't be summed up to "lol ur just bad"
my friends have noticed this too with their hunters.

Edited by Soul_Eater_42: 9/30/2016 12:03:28 AMThat's really odd, because whenever I go up against a team of mostly, or all, Hunters, they kick my team's ass.

Lol ur just bad
-
Just use nightstalker it is officially the best PvP class
-
1 game? Simmer the -blam!- down.
-
Strikers got nerfed. Storm ballers are asshole. It could just be that you are having a bad game. Hunters are the shit.
-
Well to put it simply, hunters are the worst class by far now. If you want an easy time, go striker. Free kills and a super easy subclass to use. Stormcaller is also pretty easy with its cheasy melee. Tldr: hunters suck, strikers are OP.
-
In the april nerfdate bungie smashed them into the ground. Use striker, voidwalker or stormcaller, they're the kings of pvp

Play nightstalker with shadestep and use a sidearm. Stay out of cqc and wait for them to get near you. Shadestep back and shoot with your sidearm. Profit. For longer distances i use a scout (angels advocate) or a pulse (the waltz).

To best play a Hunter in Crucible: 1. Play long range fights. Most of the time if you rush in your gonna get dropped plain and simple. Titan and Warlock melee will get you every time. Choose either a scout or pulse rifle and get good with it. Learn the ranges on them and focus on headshots. I prefer my Hung Jury and Hopscotch Pilgrim. 2. Pick a subclass that supports you. Me personally I swap depending on the map. For long range maps I'll run Gunslinger and for shorter maps I'll run Bladedancer. Again I stress, pick one that works for you. 3. Learn all your perks for selected subclass and utilize them to benefit your playstyle. 4. Practice. Learn maps, learn guns, learn timers and game modes. With your Hunter utilize your slippery playstyle. We have a lot of escapes to get us out of sticky situations so use them and reposition for better kill chances. 5. Play and have fun. If you have any specific things you'd like to ask message me.

I main a hunter, and I do have off days sometimes. But that's just life. If you experience this every time, you're just bad. When it comes down to it, classes don't really matter unless it comes to supers. If you don't have a super running down the corridor to get you, it is 99.9% of the time determined by gun skill, which I can tell is not your strongest suit.
-
Hunters deserve all nerfs they get. They have completely ruined this game. I don't feel sorry for them.
-
They will rush, don't be eager to meet them and exchange. I personally have the tenancy to wanna shotgun rush but they feed on that. Have to soften them up or draw them into a rush and jump. Attacking from above helps keep them at bay.
-
Hunters are very much the glass cannons of destiny, even more now with the resurgence of the shot gun meta.
-
I rock out with Nighstalker. I'm pretty average but if I'm playing well I feel better than most, if not at an even playing field.
-
I need some help doing house of wolves who wants to help? Hit me up my gt is KILA FLIP

Dude your not bad. I am bad. You probably had an off day. I mean I am terrible at crucible. And I play COD as well and am amazing at that but I think it's the fact that titans and warlocks have got buffs when the third supers came out where as the hunters basically got a counter so. I would say run a night stalker to cancel any supers but other wise try to hang back and let them come to you if you get to the point first.
-
Been a hunter since year 1 and with the extensive crucible shift, hunters are once again put in a bad position bc warlocks and Titans can cover small gaps quickly where we don't seem to have as much mobility even tho we are suppose to the the most mobile class type. Titans Titan skate/jug and warlocks have sniper Melee along with gernades that cover the whole map. Hunters do have the ability to blink which can help in the era but the other things just feel lacking
-
You may think you're not bad but you probably just don't want to admit it because that's a hard thing to do
-
I play both Hinter and Warlock. I haven't run into the same problem as you mentioned. I always feel at a advantage with GG or Arcblade

Edited by Blackhammer193: 9/27/2016 11:27:25 PMWell you're kinda right, you're not just "bad," you are absolutely atrocious.... https://destinytrialsreport.com/xbox/Dicisive%20factor/crazyminer3/GetRektN00bs420 Sooo maybe re-evaluate?
-
No, I think you're just bad.
-
I have a theory:
...you are just bad. Also, the other team could have been really good. But either way, you really are bad...
-
I'll sum it up with "lol you and your friends are just bad"
-
Maybe you had an off day.
-
I only have a hunter, and I don't feel at a disadvantage in PvP.
