Mine is this from the Owl Sector Page
SHU: They're Guardians, Quist. Means the Light has cooked their brains. Haven't you seen them dancing in the Plaza, for no reason, with no music at all? We'll take what we can get.
To be fair I. Consider lore anything on weapons, armor, items, grim cards, or even Character quotes. As they are all built into the game by the Devs to set the tone and character of different events, places, items or even the NPC's we enter act with or those long forgotten in the golden age. To me "Lore" isn't just the dry history, but the experiences of the characters and the story's told so that we may have a better understanding of those in our world today, those that came before and the events that tie it all together. If those are little snippets or long explanations they all still help us to see who these people were that left this history behind for us and shape the overall story.

Dragons breath grimoire card, who would win? A dragon or the launcher?

1 ReplyZAV: I suppose we should have known better than to tell Guardians to stand still. CY6: It's not their strong suit. They’re not good at staying off my table, either. Stinkers. - Splendor 2.6

The bog wild helmet "Learn the swamps secrets, keep the swamps secrets, lay awake horrified by the swamps secrets." Something close to that makes me laugh every time
He calls for fire support. Artillery shrieks overhead. On the plains below the Cabal perimeter, Vex march out of the lightning. Torch hammers burst up like mortars and Ta’aun and his bond brother duck behind a burning Interceptor for cover. “This is going well,” Tlu’urn rumbles. A Vex particle beam needles a little hole through the Centurion’s helmet. He falls dead. Goblins swarm over her bunker and then the Goliath tank supporting this bastion fires a main gun round into the mess, killing the Vex, the bunker, and all the Legionaries inside. The concussion knocks Tlu’urn against his Primus. “About as well as expected,” Ta’aun grunts. Tlu’urn laughs.
Cabal have a weird sense of humor.

That one card when the Cabal have a report on Guardians killing their troops then dancing all over them. The Cabal also called the Guardian's Ghost's "dead people."

2 RepliesKellhunter's Hood "Here's my plan to be Kell. Fallen seem to respect violence and big capes. I'm really violent, and I found this cape." Not exactly lore but always makes me laugh😂

Guardians can be rebuilt after even total disintegrative trauma. This capability is provided by a small autonomous drone unit called a Dead Person [trans. unclear].
Also Cabal are not superstitious.

2 RepliesOwl sector log yesterday, with a wild yell, Patient B sat up, then started singing and dancing. Tried to calm him but was unsuccessful. He has not stopped since regaining consciousness. I have heard all the songs of his childhood, half the pop hits of the past century, and improvised ballads about his life. He's owned two dogs and six cats and I know all their names.

Grimoire card Cabal 4. I'm paraphrasing but here's basically what it says. It talks about cabal log entries of guardian's using Gjallarhorns, getting killed then self rezzing, and dancing on vehicles. Classic guardian shenanigans.

Steel Oracle Z-11 Rocket Launcher quote. "I foresee fire. Fire and screams." "You would, mate. You're a rocket launcher." Grimoire wise? Not so sure. Felwinter shoulder charging some dude is a nice balance of humour and badass though.

Edited by Patriot121: 9/30/2016 4:45:19 PMThe Thalnok grimoire card is pretty funny too. Oryx basically just keeps the Crota fanboy around because he likes to laugh and poke fun at his stupidity.
Laugh and Laugh at Thalnok! He is easily deceived. He will never hear this song. Diminished in sense. Small of purpose.
