what the heck is going on here? did someone get the exotic siva pulse rifle quest or something?

I thought it was to the microphone launcher and the siva fragments were for the questline of the pulse

yea back when ttk first came out it was in the destiny database. it was called dubious volley, and its exotic perk was called dubious munitions or something, and from what the perk discription said it was going to fire a bunch of cluster grenades that explode into smaller cluster grenades or something.

Honestly I have no idea. There's a secret chest in the raid none of us have been able to access so some think this is related to that. Others believe this is a way to start the exotic pulse rifle quest.

Just with the trends set by vog crota and kf and even skolas an event like this wouldnt start the quest the chest on the other hand is more likely since its nearly confirmed to be a raid weapon it might come from a raid loot reward as the vex mythoclast and necrogasm did
