I'm certain it is. Did you notice in the room before the drop down to the final boss there is a ton of numbers. The walls have big numbers with little sets under then. The other walls have numbered panels. The rows of tanks are numbered and each row of tanks has a number. Plus the entrance and exit have numbers in them.
