When my main character reached light level 360 Shiro gave it to me, although I don't know why since the recommended light lvl for the Raid is 370. Anyway, that may be the trigger. Were your other chars light 360 when they got it?

Just got it yesterday for my main. It is light level 351. However, my other two characters were only at light level 340 when it dropped for them. Weird....... Thanks for the help!
