Ok guys, I just looked at it and it has the same scopes and middle perks as thunderlord with a reload bonus for its first perk and rate of fire changes with its exotic perk. It also has the same rate of fire and impact. I think this is the solar thunderlord just renamed and reskinned.

Reskinned is a different paintjob. This gun is different all together.

Yet my observation still stands. This gun is most likely the fire lord but changed to look different.

It works opposite of Thunder Lord. Nemesis Star starts with high fire rate, then slows to Jolder's Hammer with increased accuracy and stability. It's not just Thunderlord with Thermal Rounds

It is opposite in one way and the same in many other ways. So they are way more alike than different.

The two definitely relate to each other and they are the same when it comes to base stats, but what makes them exotic also makes them completely different, total opposites in fact (as was mentioned). This is less of a re-skinned Thunderlord, and more like a sister gun to the Thunderlord, in a similar way to how The First Curse is the sister gun to The Last Word, and how they act as complete opposites in game play.

But the similarities cannot be denied. And knowing how lazy bungie is with content you have to wonder if this is a new exotic or just one bungie has pulled out of the scrap heap and changed a little bit so the community won't notice they are buying something they were supposed to get in the taken king.

The similarities are an exceedingly common base stat set and a few perks, as well as a sight. This just in, MIDA and Boolean Gemini are now the same gun.
