Kills
All precision Kills
Meaning that every bullet must have precision killed an enemy. If one of those baddies took a 2nd bullet then you don't get anything.
Now if even after all KILLS don't refund then maybe something is wrong. But it's a common mistake on the forums to assume it was precision hits instead of kills.
