Bump if you love your ghost after the khovostov quest
It's just we've done so much together and if he hadn't found us then the world would've ended but we've always pulled through and it shows how far we've come that the feeble weapon we fist picked up is now an exotic , after I chatted I just wanted an emote where I hugged the little thing

That made me sad... It also scared me that RoI is the end of Destiny as I know it. RoI does feel a little like a send off and D2 looks like it may be a whole new thing/different time period/new guardians.

The amount of beeping the floating thing beeps really takes away from the dialogue in Destiny. :/ Especially during the Khovostov quest.

Bump if it made you miss Dinklebot even more. I find myself regularly thinking to myself that my ghost sounds like an idiot.

I never liked the ghost. He was OK back when dinklage voiced him. I don't know if it's the borderline self-awareness that Bungie can't decide on, or the awkward and cheesy one-liner attempts at a joke he's always saying, but I want to smash that thing on a rock.

Seeing as how my ghost revived me, without even checking for a valid DNR (do not resuscitate) order, I was a bit upset. Then when I came to the realization I would be killing things without ever asking why I got a little more mad. Then when I found out the thing I'm supposed to protect and help abandoned the past civilizations it was supposed to protect and help (Fallen and the civilization on the moon of the Hive's home planet) I lost all faith in my ghost. The traveler is not good, nor is it evil. It's lifespan reflects that of something that is purely looking out for its own benefit. It runs whenever the people who depend on it need it the most, and it only hangs around when it's easy or it needs to recharge. Our ghosts are mere extensions of the traveler and do not serve us, they serve the traveler. That's why every mission that we are given from our ghost directly benefits the traveler. Why were the firebreak Titans "bad" in the travelers eyes? Because they wanted to push the advantage and attack the enemy head on to keep them from killing people. The traveler (and by extension the speaker and ghosts) didn't like them because they prioritized their civilization over digging in and dying to protect the traveler. I feel no love for my ghost and am actually scared of the day it and the traveler leave us to die when/if a threat comes that we aren't strong enough to defeat.

I felt no emotion. It was a poor and cringy attempt to make you feel something. But it just made me feel pity for Bungie because of how retarded they are thinking anyone actually has a connection to their "openalldoorsandscanshit Bot 0 9000"
