Bump if you love your ghost after the khovostov quest
It's just we've done so much together and if he hadn't found us then the world would've ended but we've always pulled through and it shows how far we've come that the feeble weapon we fist picked up is now an exotic , after I chatted I just wanted an emote where I hugged the little thing

Don't get wrong dinklebot was great, he gave me a feeling like "what do we do with this problem" "we fix it" he gave me a very good "let's deal with it" feel to his character but also showed he didn't want us to be in danger. Nolanbot however is more like that one over protective friend who always wants what's best for you and will go to great lengths to help you and just in general be there for you. After i completed that quest it didn't really dawn on me how much he's been there for me, from waking me up, to destroying the black garden, defeating atheon, killing Crota with his own sword, stopping skolas, killing the hive God, racing sparrows, stopping siva, and becoming an iron lord. He's there for you through it all

Its not that I hate Nolan North, or even the persona he acts, its the fact that he went from NATHAN DRAKE!! To a Silicon Valley Front Desk Representative -esque voice. Why can't he just do a voice like he did for Romeo in Halo 3: ODST? That was dope imho

6 RepliesAm i the only one pissed that it took 3 years, $190 (all y1 players HAVE paid at least this if they have played all expansions), and 5 dlc drops to get to this levels of emotional investment? I have so many games who do so much more for less...

The ghost is ok, nothing bigger or better than that though, anyway I'm not tearing up over some little robot who thinks those memories meant anything to me. Hell I love characters more in skyrim than I do in destiny, Cayde is the only decent character in destiny everyone else sucks, the ghost is decent sometimes but it's merely an acquaintance. Lmao Cortana was plenty better in Halo 3 and we didn't even have her with us through half of the campaign.

It's like how after watching gamerpoop I just can't take commander shepard seriously. Any time he opens his mouth I laugh or mock him. Same with ghost.

Just another reminder that Bungie still cannot give us a story and our damn guardians are mutes. But yeah it was a touching moment albeit 90 seconds worth.

The only thing that ruined that moment for me was that our character (who originally had a voice) didn't respond to him. Reeeeaaally got me.
