This is more of a what do you guys think but i've played a good amount of crucible lately. What i have noticed is a lack of snipers. Even on maps like pantheon there are only shotguns. I dont want to be that guy, but I think there is a problem here. Im having flashbacks to crucible after house of wolves. Everyone is against it but i think a slight reduced to range on shotguns is the answer. A lot of people hate nerfing but i dont think its a nerf. Its a balance. The time it takes for someone to close in on you can be really short. Destiny has a long time to kill with a fast close in time. So of course shotguns will be used. You cant kill them before they get to you unless you have a better shotgun. Maybe buffing snipers will help a bit but people will still just run at you fast as they can with a matador in hand. Im not sure. Im interested to hear what you guys have to say. Do you feel the same about the missing snipers?
